Each Heathrow terminal has its own restaurants, bars and shops, and once through security you will only see the ones in your own terminal, so this page goes terminal by terminal. In all four, most of the choice is after security, in departures and along the gate piers. Before security there are a few cafés, a pub or bar in most terminals, and the essentials: a pharmacy, a newsagent and somewhere to wrap or store a bag.
Checked against Heathrow Airport's own listings in October 2026; outlets change, so check the airport's site for opening hours.
