This notice explains how Park Right Ltd, trading as Before You Fly (formerly Sky Parking Services), collects and uses your personal information when you use beforeyoufly.co.uk or book through us, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
Park Right Ltd is the controller of your personal information. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08891987). Our registered office is at Park Right Ltd, First Floor, Unit 9 St Georges Court, St Georges Park, Kirkham, PR4 2EF.
For anything to do with your personal information, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, email address, phone number and address; your vehicle registration, make, model and colour; your flight numbers, terminals and travel dates; the number of passengers or guests and, for lounges, their names.
- Payment information: card payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers; we receive confirmation that the payment has been made.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email, and our replies.
- Mailing list: if you join, your email address, when and where you signed up, your confirmation, any lists you choose, the discount code we send you, and whether you open our emails and click their links.
- Unfinished bookings: if you enter your details at checkout but do not complete payment, we keep them so we can remind you about the booking.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser and the pages you request, recorded in our server and security logs. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also records how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, your approximate location and the device you use.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To make and manage your booking: passing it to the car park, lounge or hotel, sending your confirmation and voucher, handling amendments, cancellations and refunds, and answering your questions. Basis: performing our contract with you.
- To take payment and prevent fraud. Basis: contract, and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.
- To remind you about an unfinished booking: up to two emails shortly after you leave checkout, each with a link to finish the booking. Basis: our legitimate interest in helping you complete a booking you started. Tell us and we will stop.
- To send our newsletter and offers, only if you have signed up and confirmed. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
- To keep the site secure and working: protecting forms from spam, investigating errors, and counting visits in an anonymous, aggregated way. Basis: our legitimate interests.
- To understand how the site is used, with Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
- To meet our legal obligations: keeping accounting and tax records, and responding to lawful requests from authorities. Basis: legal obligation.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
- The provider you book with: the car park, meet-and-greet, lounge or hotel operator receives the details they need to provide the service, sometimes through a booking partner that connects us to them. They use it under their own privacy policies.
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Postmark, which delivers our booking and service emails, and Amazon Web Services, which delivers our newsletter.
- Laravel Cloud and Cloudflare, which host the website, its database and images and protect it from attacks; and Laravel Nightwatch, which monitors the site for errors.
- Google reCAPTCHA, which checks contact-form submissions for spam (see Google's privacy policy).
- Fathom Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
- Google Analytics, if you accept analytics cookies, which shows us how the site is used (see how Google uses this information).
- Professional advisers and authorities, where we need to for legal, accounting or insurance reasons, or are required to by law.
Our service providers act on our instructions and may only use your information to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it
- Bookings, payments and related messages: six years after the booking, for tax and accounting purposes and in case of a claim.
