Heathrow has four terminals in use: 2, 3, 4 and 5. You can only use a lounge in the terminal you fly from, so check your terminal first; our guide to which Heathrow terminal you need covers that. This page compares the lounges any passenger can pay to use, pre-booked or at the door: where each one is, what is included, the rules on children and how long you can stay. If you are still deciding whether a lounge is worth it at all, our guide on whether an airport lounge is worth it covers that.
Every terminal also has airline lounges, such as those run by British Airways and Virgin Atlantic's Clubhouse, but these are for passengers with an eligible ticket or frequent flyer status, so they are not covered here.
