Luton Airport Restaurants

London Luton Airport lists around 40 shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in its one terminal, and almost all of them are after security, in the departure lounge. Before security the choice is small: a pub, a few coffee and sandwich counters, and two shops. If you want a proper meal or time to browse, go through security first. This page lists what is on each side.

Checked against London Luton Airport's own listings in October 2026; outlets change, so check the airport's site for opening hours.

For getting to the terminal, drop-off and parking, see our guide to flying from Luton.

Before security

These are in the public part of the terminal, so they suit anyone seeing you off or meeting you.

Food and drink

  • The Fletton Pub and Kitchen: a British pub and restaurant, the only sit-down option before security. It takes its name from Luton's brickmaking history.
  • Bagel Factory: fresh bagels with fillings, baked through the day.
  • Burger King
  • Caffè Nero: espresso-based coffee and Italian food.
  • Pret a Manger
  • Starbucks

Shops

  • Sainsbury's Local: listed both before and after security, open 24 hours, with a bakery, a hot counter and Click & Collect.
  • WHSmith: books, magazines, snacks and drinks.

After security: food and drink

The departure lounge has most of the choice. The airport lists The Big Smoke from 3am and most other restaurants from 4am, so there is breakfast for the first flights of the day.

Sit-down restaurants and bars

  • Nolito: Italian dining.
  • Benito's: a family-owned Mexican counter serving breakfasts, burritos, nachos, beers and cocktails.

Quick food

  • Burger King
  • Chopstix: noodles and boxed wok dishes.
  • Wasabi Sushi and Bento: sushi, hot bento and salads to eat in or take on the plane.

Near the Pier A gates

If your flight leaves from gates 20 to 28, Final Call Bar & Pantry, between gates 22 and 24, is one of the last stops before boarding: coffee, draught lager and grab-and-go snacks, from 6am until the last flight.

After security: shops

Duty free

Aelia Duty Free sells fragrance, cosmetics, skincare, spirits, wine and confectionery, and the airport lists it from 4am to 9pm. It offers click and collect, so you can order online before you fly and pick up in the shop. There is also an Aelia Duty Free in arrivals.
